Terms of Service – Boogie Szkolenia
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the training services, sessions, events, and gift vouchers offered by Boogie Szkolenia through the website strzelajzboogiem.com.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The organiser of the training sessions is Boogie Szkolenia Bogusław Pietruczuk, ul. Armii Krajowej 1, 05-220 Zielonka, Poland, NIP (Tax ID): 5241675699 (hereinafter: the "Organiser").

1.3. These Terms apply to all services offered by the Organiser: basic and advanced training, clay pigeon training, preparatory courses for the shooting licence exam, events, and gift vouchers.
1.4. Sessions take place at shooting ranges cooperating with the Organiser. The Participant is additionally required to comply with the regulations of the given shooting range, independently of these Terms.
2. Conditions of Participation
2.1. Training sessions are open to adults, with full legal capacity.
2.2. A minor may take part in a session only in the presence of a parent or legal guardian at the shooting range for the entire duration of the session. The guardian is responsible for the minor Participant's involvement in the training.
2.3. The Participant is required to inform the Organiser, before the session, of any health contraindications that could affect their own safety or that of others (among other things, being under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances excludes participation in the session).
2.4. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo odmowy udziału w szkoleniu osobie, której stan lub zachowanie zagraża bezpieczeństwu – bez zwrotu poniesionych kosztów, jeśli przyczyna leży po stronie Uczestnika.
Booking a Date
3.1. A date can be booked through the online booking system available on the website, by phone, or by email.
3.2. Potwierdzenie rezerwacji Uczestnik otrzymuje e-mailem lub SMS-em po dokonaniu zgłoszenia.
3.3. For corporate events, bachelorette/bachelor parties, and other individually arranged events, the date and details are agreed separately after contact via the enquiry form.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1. The Participant may cancel or reschedule their booking free of charge by notifying the Organiser with reasonable advance notice — at the latest 24 hours before the scheduled session.
4.2. Cancellations can be made by phone or email.
4.3. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do odwołania lub przełożenia terminu z przyczyn niezależnych (np. warunki pogodowe uniemożliwiające zajęcia na otwartym obiekcie, niedostępność strzelnicy, siła wyższa) – w takim przypadku Uczestnikowi przysługuje prawo wyboru nowego terminu bez dodatkowych kosztów.
5. Payments
5.1. Płatność za szkolenie/usługę następuje w dniu zajęć, gotówką u Organizatora lub przelewem na konto bankowe – numer konta podawany jest na życzenie Uczestnika.
5.2. Service prices are listed on the website and may change - the price applicable to the Participant is the one current on the day the booking is made.
5.3. The Organiser issues a receipt or invoice at the Participant's request.
6. Gift Vouchers
6.1. The voucher entitles the holder to use the specified service, or a service of a value corresponding to the amount on the voucher, within the validity period set at the time of purchase.
6.2. The date for using the voucher is arranged through the online booking system, by phone, or by email, subject to availability.
6.3. A voucher not used within its validity period (6 months) expires. It is possible to extend its validity - by contacting us via email - kontakt@boogieszkolenia.com
6.4. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Safety
7.1. Participation in a training session requires strict compliance with the safety rules provided by the instructor and the regulations of the shooting range.
7.2. All equipment and ammunition necessary to carry out the training are provided by the Organiser, unless the service description states otherwise.
7.3. The Participant is liable for any damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence during the session.
Image Rights
8.1. Photos or video recordings may be taken during sessions and events. Their publication takes place only with the separate, voluntary consent of the Participant - in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
9. Complaints
9.1. Complaints regarding the services provided may be submitted to kontakt@strzelajzboogiem.com, within 14 days of the session.
9.2. The complaint should include a description of the problem being reported and the Participant's contact details.
9.3. The Organiser will review the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law apply, including the Civil Code and, in the case of Participants who are consumers, the Consumer Rights Act.
10.2. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes take effect from the date the new version is published on the website and do not affect bookings made earlier.
10.3. The current version of these Terms is always available at strzelajzboogiem.com.
